Lyndhurst NJ: Room For Rent, $525mo.
Date Room Available: August 1st, 2008
Price: $525 Per Month + $500 deposit
Location: Lyndhurst NJ, 07071
Utilities Paid: Water & Garbage
Central Heat and AC
Pets OK but I have one cat so take that into consideration.
I am looking for a roommate starting August 1st of this year to sublet for my roommate who is leaving. The lease is up on October 1st but I will be renewing for another year.
The apartment is in the upstairs apartment of a two family home on a safe and quiet side street in Lyndhurst NJ. It is close to two supermarkets as well as a short walk to shopping on Ridge Rd. You will have access to Rt 3 and 17 directly and it is right in between the GSP and Turnpike so it is great for commuters. The train is within a 5 minute walk and there is bus service as well.
Roomate responsible for ½ Utility Bill and ½ Cable Bill.
No inside smoking or drugs (Landlord is DEA agent).
Does not need to be a neat freak but looking for someone who isnt a slob.
I am 28 and pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I spend a lot of time either working on my car or out so it shouldn’t be cramped at all. Our downstairs neighbors are also 20 somethings and pretty cool.

The 32 mile commute doesn't look awful, but I know 24/78 at that time and it would regularly take more than an hour. Also, I have 2 cars to park and I don't want to put the RX-8 on the street anymore. Hmmm. The area looks nice though. What's parking like?

I usually park right beside the house with the 7 during the summer and never have had an issue. There is always open parking nearby.
We do have a driveway but it is leased to the downstairs neighbors. They might be interested in renting it out if you are interested. I can get the 7 out of the driveway so unless your car is dumped, it should fit.
