Look What Gallery Mazda in Norwood, MA Did!

Well first I already got chewed out by Chrism ova this so yeah dont worry I am not going back there and I'm sucking it up and driving a additional 25miles to the next nearest Mazda Dealership. One thing to ignore my concerns and blow me off but damaging my baby is another thing all together.

Dropped her off for the Recall and a Oil Change. Two to Two and a Half hours later I get her back washed and with a scratch on my spoiler. They did some touch up paint on the scratch. The following day I drop my keys. I bend down to pick 'em up and notice a scratch on the Sideskirt. I get on the ground and notice it is worse than I first suspected. I call up the Service Manager and bring the car down so he can see. He admits its lift damage and says he'll pay to repair or replace it.

So here are the photos. Enjoy

The Gallery strikes again...

Sorry to hear about this Kevin. I was gonna take my car there for the recall and have them fix my headlights, and I was having second thoughts, but now i'm definitely just gonna give Wellesley Mazda another try. I think we've given them enough chances.

I hate taking my car to the dealers. They're unreal. I had a new wheel and tire put on as a warranty replacement and it looks like they had an 4 year old put the tire on with a butcher knife. My brand new wheel is hacked to ****. Guess if they ever replaced it. Sorry, I don't know anything about dealers in MA, I just had to vent.

I hear the Mazda dealer in Wellesley is good, but have no first hand experience.

I have also had a bad experience with the Norwood outfit. Never again!

Down my way O'Hara in Fairhaven is pretty good.

Way to many chance's Mark. I'm going to Wellsely to from now on. I already got their survey and in the section for other notes I let 'em have it. Also noted how I'm now gonna have to goto a detailer to have them fix the light scratches on my car they caused from their half assed detailers when they washed the car. Seriously they use this to clean the BMW's also you'd think they'd have a clue as to what they are doing.

I've had no problems with Wellesley Mazda so far and I've been going there for 2years straight for every oil change and all warranty/service work.

Only once he mentioned my intake to me and that's just when she threw a brief CEL light. He cleared it and that was the end of that.

finally he listens to me......how much damage did it take?....i hope you listened to what i said on the phone about taking her to get an estimate....DO NOT LET THIS DEALER FIX THIS.....they have insurance which covers accidental damage on thier premesis.....if you let them you will get a cheap and crappy paint job on your car....and i would repaint the spoiler too.....that touch up **** aint cutting it
