hey new yorkers:
i'm looking to get my clutch, flywheel, pressure plates installed, but i don't know of any reputable body shops that can do good rotary tranny work...

do you guys have any reommendations where they do good work without charging an arm and a leg?

i dont know many body shops that do mechanical work like that.....but there are some speed shops here in jersey that are rotary lovers that i can send ya to

 

are they pricey?? regardless, that info would be appreciated.. the more the better- so i can shop around.

 

you usually get what you pay for but they arent bad....mothers on route 46.....

 

T & R Racing in Queens (718-725-0179). Ask for Tony, he's been working on rotaries for the past 15 years. I got my springs installed by him, very cool guy. You can watch him do the whole process. Or if you want, J & R (aka smoking joe, 516-616-5812) that's in LI. Never been there, but he's also been working on rotaries just as long as Tony.
