the islandia meet is so sporatic.. we could have as much as 15 cars one night, then like 3 the next week. queens is consistently at 15-20 cars.. and not just 8's, but the 7's come out to play as well. it's worth the drive. and there's no animosity between the long islanders and the queens folks.. i try to make all the meets if it's worth the drive

HEh sorry - I'm usually one of the guys to "rally the troops" but i've been out of commission due to school.

Starting in July I'll be at a hospital in Nassau and will be living back there for 2 months, so I'll try to come to the thursday night meets if I'm (a) not exhausted from getting up at 4:30AM every day and (b) dont have to study too much.

God knows I try to see you guys, it a lot of fun and the summer car scene is getting in full swing, love it... Also - on thursday nights there is usually a big car meet in central nassau. Last year it was always at Best Buy in westbury- that spot got shut down but I know how thins work around here, it will re-form somewhere nearby. Raceway theater or the Source mall lot sometimes....
