Hey fellow 8 members/owners i was lookin for some guidance on the legality of these lights?

I believe legally, ours have to be the amber color lens. But most inspection stations won't pick it out, then again, some will. Kind of like gambling. If your car is already heavily modded so you stick out like a sore thumb, beware.

 

Clear corners with amber "stealth" chrome bulbs = legal. They only have to illuminate amber.

 

yeah during inspections i plan on putting the amber markers back on then switching them right back after

 

Typically in VA, especially NOVA, if you have to ask then its not legal. It really will come down to how much of a ***** any given cop wants to be but blacked out corners are low key enough you'll probably be fine legal or not.

 

lol ^^^^ so true.... stupid NOVA lol but cant get away just yet so ill have to deal with those ***** cops if that comes to pass

 

I want to buy a set of these also I live in Florida and wondered if I could just have white bulbs and clear lenses. I think the grey ones will look best with my Phantom Blue

 

thats what i got well black, with clear lenses and white bulbs will be here on monday
