Imports vs. Domestics car and drag show Nov. 8th in Budds Creek, MD
Wanted to know who all wants to go out the the Imports vs. Domestic car show in Budds Creek, MD on Nov. 8th. The drag race, car show, burnout contest, and bikini contest is on Sunday so we can get a group to meet in the morning time and cruise over to the show. The good thing if you live in Fredericksburg is that we get to drive on Route 218 to go the the show! This show should be fun check out the site for more info. We can set up a time to meet Sunday then cruise out the the show once we have some interest of others. See you at the show!

I can make it this time. Unless my car is getting my kit fitted and painted, which i don't think will happen soon but hopefully it gets done before december.

If I get my hood and spoiler clear coated soon I will enter the car show. It is only ten dollars more and of course if my car holds up until then. My engine is pretty much out the door so this will be my last big outting until I leave here in mid December. I will be shipping my car back to Florida and not driving it because if I do I don't think it will make it. If you guys want to meet on weekends still I am down I just can't make the trip to Woodbridge or cruise the roads like we used to but would not mind meeting in Fredericksburg to hangout. Let me know where you would like to meet and a time for the imports vs domestics show weekend. Of course if I enter the show I will be leaving around 800-830. See you guys there...

So who can make it this weekend? I am entering my car in the show in hopes that I can get the models to pose in front of my ride! Kidding! that would be nice though I am just going to park my car then checkout the scene. Let me know where you guys would like to meet and time. Time runs start at 9am and Quick 16 qualifing runs start at noon everything else is later that day. It takes about an hour to get there from Fredericksburg so we can plan a time to meet from that...PS you guys should enter your car in the show it's only ten bucks more! I don't care about winning a trophy just the whole scene and people appreciating the hard work we put into our cars!

I am down for this weekend. So did you get your car working at all? I know before you weren't going to drive at all but if that cleaning did any good that day I came over then that's good. I will enter, doesn't matter to me.

Cool! yeah we can at least get a goodie bag or something. Yeah the decarb did help with my car stalling a lot but at least I got it back to just driving around town. I just can't hit the curves like we used to. I still need a new engine to fix he problem but will wait until I get to Florida. I ordered a new cat to replace my high flow one to see if it helps any. I do plan on driving home if I feel it will make it around December but if not I will use Amtrak's autotrain to Orlando and see if my sister can tow me back to Fort Walton Beach for Christmas. It would be my cheapest route. Everyone else should enter but if not we can meet up somewhere in the show.

Well that's good. At least you can drive it around now without too many problems. I am down for entering the show though. I guess we can see if anyone else wants to enter and then come up with a time and place we will meet and go from there.

Are you going to enter the show? It is only ten dollars more; so far me and Mike are entering the show I have not heard from Brenden yet but I think he is coming out. Well I am guessing we can meet at the new Wal-Mart near my place or at the WaWa gas station down the road from us. As for the time I am up for anything but maybe the best time to meet is 830-900? If we meet at this time then we will miss some of the drag races in the morning but there are more later on in the day. If we go the normal route 218 then we can make it to Mechanicsville, MD in a hour but if you are closer from Woodbridge then we can meet you at the show if you like.....

I check but its the same amount of time, I will enter the show and yeah I can meet you up at wawa, I can make it at 830-900 thats fine with me so I think Ill see you guys there, in case something happen I let you know

Cool we can make the meet at the WaWa gas station on Hwy 17 at 830-900am then cruise to the show when everyone shows up. Don't forget to bring your camera and foldout chair just in case you want to chill by your car during the show. Let me know if that time is too early for some....

We are meeting at the WaWa gas station on Warrenton Road/Hwy17 next to the USPS office between 830-900am Sunday November 8th. Thirty dollars to enter the car show and twenty dollars for the entrance fee. Don't forget your cameras and chairs if you need them; see you guys tomorrow!

Thanks for everyone that could show up it was fun despite the fact my car died before I could show my car. It might be the end of the road for me at least until I get to Florida. Post some of the pics you might have and hopefully I can meet with you guys one more time before I leave for the south! See you guys later...

Yeah I kept your trophy! Kidding no one won but the stock white RX8 we saw got top 25 Roe should have just entered her car! Wished I pushed my car in the show it would have been worth my while anyways post some pics when you get a chance.
