HPDE New England Calendar
It's that time again! Although a bit too early to be on track up here in the great frozen north country, the time for early registrations has arrived (Mar 1 typically). There are many event organizers for HPDEs in New England like BMW Club, SCDA, Audi Club, and Porsche Club. Early, early signup avoids later disappointment when there are no driver spaces avail!
Each year for whatever reasons some clubs seem to be ahead of the curve in getting dates reserved at regional tracks. This year it appears the Porsche Club has already done their homework. Hopefully others will develop their schedules as Spring draws near. Feel free to post others you know of.
This is a link to the laetst Porsche Club newsletter and on Page 25 is the schedule you see below, and on 19 is detail of their first event - Novice Day for New Drivers - just right for those looking to try an HPDE for the 1st time (and others with more experience too). The rest of the newsletter is an interesting read as well and proves there are other driving enthusiasts out there, even if well hidden!

These Porsche owners (and others brand owners) are great bunch of car enthusiasts and welcome all types of cars including RX-8s. I've participated in many of their events and they are top notch, safe, thorough, and professional with excellent instructors and as you can see, an awesome track schedule.
You've got a great car, now here's your chance to see what it can do in a safe, supervised driving experience I guarantee you'll not soon forget! Hope to see you at trackside!
Anyone is welcome to ask questions or pm me for more details. And by the way, there is no membership required, just the event fee for these events. The Porsche Club only lets you join and pay for membership if you have a Porsche. So Lucky us!
