HIN Boston 4/26
^If I know her like I know her she's the anti-HIN judge. Likes Clean as aposed to cluttered.
I may be entering my car Krysy but depends on if my car gets fixed in time. Dealer damaged my sideskirt. I hope/pray I dont need to have them pay for a brand new set. **** took 4 months to get to me and from what I hear you can only buy the entire kit now not anything seperate. UGH..
Oh and there is another thread on this to haha.. so SEARCH!!!! haha had to

Like I would admit to being a typical HIN Judge...! I go by the criteria given to me by the NCCA. It's really hard to screw that up and not judge fairly with the system we use on the PDA's unless you are a complete moron... which I'll admit there were a few last year.
But I consider myself fair in the sense that I don't give points for crap no-name parts (everything's type-R baby!), shoddy work, boring run of the mill everyone's got it mods, people who don't know jack about their cars (like the dim wad who told had to ask his friend if he had coil overs and he CLEARLY had stock suspension), and stuff that just flat out does not go together (wire wheels & carbon fiber). I have yet to have any problems with cars I've judged :knocks on wood:, and so far all my scoring has been right on with the people who judge the elite class cars. So yeah, I guess I am pretty fair.
Thanks Clav
And I am just too damn lazy to search. In my brain I am still on my honeymoon somewhere on a beach in Curacao!

I went... but didn't enter my 8 as because... well its just stock atm hahah... was hoping to see more 8's there, but only saw like 2? a BB one by the boostmobile and the other one can't remember. Was a alright time - wasn't as great as the one 3 years ago in my opinion.
Overall the show was decent. There were only about 30 less cars then last year, but it felt like a lot less. I think we figured out that a lot of vendors did not show up. There were like NO Mazda's period. The 2 RX-8's and I didn't even see any in my section I judged. A lot of really nice true JDM conversions. There was a right hand drive Integra conversion that was gorgeous, right hand RSX conversion that was pretty nice as well. Gorgeous Audi S5 that I got sit in. Nothing really blew my mind other than one car in the RIX booth that I judged and the owner bet me I couldn't guess what kind of car it was. I knew it was Honda, but that's as far as I got.
well there were 2 rx7 FD's there too, one looked riced out tho ='( ....wasn't even painted.. The other was its very nice condition 13b turbo rew with only 8k miles on it, not too shabby =)
There is a Hottest Wild Mazda and Hottest Mild Mazda category. No one was entered in wild this weekend. Mild went to a RX-7 with at least a full custom paint job and really nice wheels. I didn't really get a chance to look it over too well as it wasn't in the area I was in charge of and by the time I had time to check any cars out, everyone was packing up and leaving!
I did forget, one of my favorite cars of the weekend was a 350Z with a LS-1 swap and viper trans. Yikes!
But yeah waaay to manny TC's and XB's, but part of that is because the ScionLife group makes it a huge get together every show and they have the VIP area for the Scion members.
