it was in a really bad hood on webster ave in the bronx.....for 150 i got 20% all around and the job was almost perfect......but i went at 9am to get it done on a sunday while the crackheads were still sleeping......otherwise i wouldnt go near that place

I did mine in Edison, NJ for 145, 35% front and 20% rear....but that might be far from you

I have had parkway stereo in east meadow do tint for me and my brothers before and it came out great and the price was good also around $150-$160. I know its not nyc but maybe it will help.
