Going from NJ to WV
I am making a road trip from Haledon NJ to Morgantown, WV in the 8. Anyone have any places I should hit for lunch or good places to stop along the way.

Can't really help you with places to eat - but I can tell you this: On 81S, as you go through/near Carlisle PA (south of Harrisburg, north of Shippensburg), the speed limit drops from 65 to 55 mph. The local cops love to patrol that speed-trap area. So, as hard as it may be, take it easy in this area...
Other than that - looks like a decent route. I've taken the 78-81 drive many dozens of times. Beware of some contruction around the 78/81 intersection...
