Formula Drift will be holding round 6 at Wall Speedway in Wall, New Jersey on Saturday September 9th, 2006.

seriously, i really wanna attend this just to see it first hand. this is quite a rare event for the northeast.

plus i'm a closet S15 fan.

 

i attended last year. definitely a great show to see live. they had one bone stock rx-8 in the car show area near the pits. don't think i'd actually get my car out there - the transitions from the banks to the infield area are waaaaay too steep and cars consistently bottomed-out. i think this is Rhys Millen's least favorite venue. however, it is a great show for the fans.

i will be there again this year.

Rod Millen should be drifting his RX-8 at the event. That should be interesting to see. I can barely get my stock RX-8 to spin the tires lol

 

Rod Millen only uses the rx8 body... the engine is the FD's engine with massive upgrades. Still nice to see the rx8 drifting out there with the pros even though it's not the Renesis thats under the hood.
