Anyone going to the sport compact summer slam at Englishtown Raceway on July 3? Car show, drags, etc.

 

i will but on sunday only.

 

I've never gone before. How is it? I was planning to go on Saturday because I have plans for the fourth of july.

 

i like etown its not a dirty track
show area.
i never go on sat so i dont know
only on sunday's.
i also have plans for sunday but doesnt matter cause i always leave around 2-3pm anyway.

 

Englishtown is nice but the traffic sucks.

 

i will be there. havent been done yet this year but i am hoping i will be down there before july 3rd as well

 

I wasnt planning on going but if other 8 owners are going than I will see if I can make it. I havent seen any other 8's around besides 2 in NYC and only driving past them on the other side of the road. I would really love to see other 8's up close. Maybe I'll see ya there.

yea i heard it was over 120 degrees on the pavement at the funk flex show last year

i learned my lesson going to a etown show on sat before.

 

I guess I'll learn the hardway by goin on sat. ,but I can't go on Sunday cuz of family plans. O well, im sure it'll be fun neways.

yea so i got screwed over by my friends and didn't get to go!. How was it?

 

saturday was good. the signal guys were amazing. the two guys stradled the doors of one of the orange silvias and started drifting in circles hanging out of the doors. Ara from streetglow ran a 6.8 at 205 mph
