Just talked with Browns Mazda Alexandria. Their report now shows July Week 2 for delivery of first load of RX-8s. He said they will not get notified when the truck leaves the port. So should be reports flooding in of many transport sightings on the roads leaving NJ soon! :D :D

 

I will be going by Browns in Fairfax right after work today...(2 minute drive).

I will post here if I find out anything.

Just talked to my dealer in Frederick, MD. He told me the truck was scheduled to come in today, but didn't show........said it should be here tomorrow morning. Probably BS.......I'll let you know.

 

Talked to Brown's fairfax last night...their trucks come in on Tuesday, so they are thinking next Tuesday.

The guy there lurks in this forum and tried to discount any reports that dealers anywhere had received the 8s. He said that they should be getting them as soon as anyone else.

Probably just bunk...

 

I'll be checking at Fitz in the morning, before I go to the gym, after I leave the gym, for my morning break, watching trucks on 15 motoring towards the exit ramp nearest the dealer (Patrick St West / US 40 exit)...

 

no truck at 7:10, none just after 8 yet either.
