Sorry I haven't been coming out recently, been tied up with projects unrelated to the auto -- they do exist, and the far meets always end up falling on a day I'm spending with the family.

No promises, but I should be able to make an appearance this Thursday. The car will probably be a little dirty as I've been waiting for some cleaning products to arrive, then using the weekend to give it the full Summer treatment. I'm also going to try to finish some of the plans I had to tidy my system (work on a new lid for the trunk recess since I was never satisfied with the result of my first, and making a MDF baffle/cutout to house the amp, dblock, and LOC to hide all the wiring and make it all flush). I'd also still like to paint-match the mustache on my grill. I just don't have enough time in my days anymore.

I don't have a rotary engine but I'll try to be there today.... I picked up a CEL, I think I know what the problem is but I have to pull the code to make sure. So off to Autozone around the corner first.

 

i got a CEL the other day. i'll probably be running over there today or tomorrow as well

 

Pico has a code reader... ask him if he can bring it to the meet.....

 

done. he apparently keeps it in his glove box at all times so thats good to know haha.

anyone have: (a) impact driver; (b) spring compressor; (c) access to a lift

I need (a) and (b), I have to change out my springs/shocks as well as replace the rear rotors and brakes. Use of (c) would greatly help in preventing me from getting a backache.
