Any good/bad experiences with leather upholstery shops in New Jersey?

My Father's Day present is a leather interior for my sport model RX-8 so I'm looking for a really good shop and personal recommendations if anyone has any experience to share.

I emailed Katzkin. Classic Soft Trim used to list a place called Auto Sunroof Cinnaminson in, you guessed it, Cinnaminson, but they told me a couple of years ago they didn't work with Classic Soft Trim anymore, only Katzkin. That's kind of far but I'll travel is a place has a good reputation. I work in Princeton and live closer to Flemington in Hunterdon County.
