buying a helmet in NJ/NYC area?

I live in NNJ and I need to get a helmet for the ice racing season that's about to start. Anyone have any suggestions for "local" shops? (I really need to try one on so online probably won't work).

Thanks,
-D

Mostly, just have to mount the fire extinguisher and gather some other odds and ends. Weather looks good for starting this weekend

http://www.icerace.com

These happen in upstate NY on frozen lakes... It's mostly wheel to wheel but the SL classes are "no contact" What that means is if you touch you get kicked out of that race, so people are pretty careful and they go entire seasons with no issues...

The big selling point for me (besides the fact of ice racing itself) was 1-2 mile road courses with 1 hour + of seat time per day, for 50 bucks

I wonder how well that "no contact" policy goes. What if you spin out? Are you taking your 8?
