Anyone know about Hamilton Mazda

I'll be moving in a month or so and Hamilton Mazda is right down the road from my new place. Has anyone here had any experience dealing with them? If so, how are they?

thanks

I bought my RX-8 there three years ago, and used them for service ever since. Service department is quite good. They do listen to my complains and try to find a reasonable solution. I can not say they are excellent, but they provide good service comparing to other places.

i live 5 minutes from them. I bought my cx7 from them for a decent deal and their service department is one of the best around. I forget the guy's name but they baby their rx8 customers, great department.

Oh and welcome to the neighborhood, where in hamilton??

Thumbs up

I can also say only good things about Hamilton's Service department. I live near two dealerships here in PA, and I would rather drive to Hamilton Mazda to get my service done. What does that say?

Sorry to hear about your experience Leesha. I dealt with Frank "Rocky" Graziano when buying my car, and he's a car person so it went well. No complaints here. They even did the TSB's when I went in to get the oil changed. I didn't even have to ask.

First, upload your pic (you'll probly have to size it down some) to photobucket or something like that so you can link to it, then go to "edit signature" and put the following into it:

[I M G]LINK[/I M G]
(remove spaces between letters)

Just mention to the service manager that Liz (me, Darkrose) recommended them to you. He'll take good care of ya. If you mention this board, that'll also help.

Does anyone know if Hamilton Mazda voids your warranty if you have a CAI? I just got an AEM CAI and am worried they might say something and void me. Thanks.

I went to Hamilton Mazda this morning to get my oil changed and tires rotated, they told me its fine to install CAI, if something happens later and they need to test something, I might have to change back to stock to test it. Thats fine with me.
