Are there any RX8 Owners beside myself in Northern New Jersey? I live in Passaic County and I just received my Black RX8, which I ordered in July, last Thursday. I have to say I love driving this car. This is my first brand new car. I owned a Pontaic Sunbird for 3 yrs and then owned a Honda Accord LX for 10 yrs. So far I have only seen two RX8's which happened to be Red RX8's.

Middlesex County, Carteret here. Got mine(or I should say the wife's since she drives it most of the time) in October from Flemington Mazda.

nope my rx-8 is black n i hve some strong a$$ HID's (9000k) and a streetglow underbody kit (red) that is acid...all over north nj

I live in Massachussetts, but I'm from Perth Amboy, NJ originally. I have a lot of family in Elizabeth, Franklin, North Brunswick, Roselle, and Edison.

 

North Arlington Here, have 18 inch enkei's on my titanium gray..picker her up the day before thanksgiving from wayne mazda, excellent people there...

 

any of you guys have a red 8 that was at englishtown a couple months ago and you raced a silver RSX?

 

nope....but i have a black 8 that raced a black rsx s type in newark and whopped it

 

So what else have you folks raced aganst and how did you do?

 

this 8 has raced a ol skool 5.0 and beat it, a neon srt4 and spanked it, eclipse spyder which was a good one but guts won this one (my guts)........n thats it so far

 

Sounds like so far, so good. Were these 1/4 mi runs or on a twisty track? I'm trying to determine where my 8 stands against other cars.

Are you running completely stock?

 

this is straight between 2 and 3 a.m. street races and turnpike type stuff. as far as 1/4 mi runs.....im waiting to get my catbak exhaust and midpipe from rotary performances, and a company to come out wit a good intake
