Hey, there's like owners in CT and Mass but anyone in RI?

I don't seen anyone from RI. Anyone wanna meet like every other week from CT or Mass?

 

im living in cranston during the week for school and in worcester, mass for the weekend. i just put my car away though.

There are only a few RI owners on the boards.

Weekly meetings might be a bit much for the 3 of us with 8s as daily drivers through the winter. lol

I'm down for attempting monthly meetings in better weather.


And I'm always down for a meet & greet if you have something in mind.

 

I'm still kinda wierded out how small a world it is up here. I know we already chatted via PM, but dropping my name on the thread...

 

Yea monthly would be good. I still need to get snow tires for my 8. Which ones are good?

 

NEPOC sometimes have weekly meets in the summertime. Also plan a ton of other meets/events but I guess RX-8 guys are not into that kind of stuff. Every time I try, nobody from here shows. Go figure. I swear by my Dunlop Wintersport M3s. There are plenty of owners that like Blizzaks, too. I'm not sure which Blizzak, though.

I'm in RI at least once a week if not twice in the Providence area. Live in MA though.

 

You driving the 8 through winter or put into storage?

 

Hey altspace sorry for the long wait. I'm driving it during the winter. I'm trying to get snow tires on them soon. Its been nice weather lately so just saving up for them either that or if I don't get them once it gets bad then I'm probably just going to store it.

Where are you in RI or are you nearby?

 

Look under my name for location. However I did live in West Warwick for a couple of years. Same time the Station fires occurred. I lived near the hospital and it sounded like a war zone with all of the emergency vehicles coming and going.
