Winged Warrior IV
NO EXPIERENCE is needed to Compete!
The field size will be limited to 130 cars.
Same 6 classes A-F with the addition of a 7th Class: TOP GUN CLASS
It is an "Import vs Domestic" Shootout/battle, whereas each team has various disciplines to run thru. (See list below).
You will be running in your OWN class for 1/2/3rd place trophies. (ie TEAM USA CLASS "B"). You will also combine the "CLASS B" Team Import and "Class B" Team USA for 1/2/3rd place overall trophies. (like last year)
Person with most points earned, will be crowned "Winged Warrior IV Grand Champion".
TOP GUN: Same applies with you and the trophies, but whoever gets the most points out of your class, will be crowned "WINGED WARRIOR IV TOP GUN CHAMPION"
Events/Disciplines each person will do for points both individually and as a team:
1. Drag Race: (20% of score) 3 passes, then Open comp. eliminations (last one standing is crowned "Winged Warrior IV Drag Champion"
2. AutoX: (20% of score)3-4 passes? (Will depend on final approval of track and such, from Miami Valley Sports Car Club)
3. Slalom: (20% of score)Will be built into the autox as you run the course, this section will be timed
4. Racers car show: (20% of score)(Not to be confused with the GENERAL CAR SHOW). This is where your car will be judged, and actually it is your break time, so you can catch the action and mosey about the event.
5. LOWEST E.T. (20% of score) On the drags. This will gain points for you and your team.
Rule changes: any DOT approved tire is fair game! (penalties assessed for stickier tires)
TOP GUN class is the ONLY Class who can change from their autox tires to slicks for the drags, and is also the only class that can have a driver other than the owner of the car.
Racers Registration Fee: Same as last year, $100, which is a donation to the Riley Hospital For Children, through the Cheer Guild.
Registration will be open from February 1st, throughout the month of February until the 29th, and will close on Saturday, March 1st. We will post the WWIV lineup shortly thereafter. You will be required submit a photo of your car.
We will be choosing a handful of "alternate" cars/drivers in case we have one break down, or a person is unable to make it to the race, then it's an alternates turn to race.
MEDIA PERSONALITY/CELEBRITY SHOOTOUT IS STILL ON! DEUCE of X103 will return to defend his title!!! (Your car will be announced soon!! )
GENERAL CAR SHOW: $15 at the gate. Many trophies are to be given out there, with many classes eligible. Many prizes given away also.
General admission: Tickets are $10 at the gate. Age 10 and under are FREE!
Rules and Regulations are posted On or about Feb 1st!

I don't plan on running this year but I added my points anyway. I came up with +70 which puts me in the B class with the stock Evos, Porsches, and Vettes. I would love to run in that class and I still have 9 points to give. I would spend 2 of those on F&R sways. 1 on a front strut bar. 2 on a lightweight flywheel. And 2 on a new clutch. I can't run R-Comps but I was planning on getting the Azenis or Advan Neovas anyway. Man I wish I could participate this year...

This really shows how different cars stack up to one another. I love the idea of the Imports vs Domestics. The winner of the Top Gun class will be a Z06 Vette or an Evo VII.
