I saw a red RX-8 at the Shell station. You must have been parked around the side, I was in my silver FD at the pump closest to the building.

While I was waiting for the guy to turn my pump on I heard the distinct rotary engine noise, spun around to see you exit the gas station and head south on US-23.

I fill up there every Tuesday (until the FD goes into winter hibernation soon). They have 93 octane for the price of 89 octane on Tuesday's

Cool

I have a Red RX8 and I was in that area on Saturday... but it wasn't at 5:45 am... must have been another guy, unless it was a different time.

It was a week ago on Tuesday.

Though I do see one every now and then going opposite me in the morning in evenings. I head south on US-23 during the morning commute and then north between 3 pm and 5 pm.

I'm in either a silver 3rd gen or a black 2nd gen depending on the amount of snow/ice on the ground.

Well, I pulled into the same gas station this morning at exactly the same time as the red RX8, and there sat our two rotary vehicles staring each other down. I almost wept at such a beautiful site.

The owner and I acknowledged each other, then went through the standard "nice car", "how do you like the 8", etc... Then I told him about the forum so we'll see.

He was pleased with his car, and said it was fun getting used to the new redline, etc...
