Storage for my RX-8

Hello everyone, I am looking to see if anyone in the NW Suburbs has any good suggestions on where to store my 8 over the winter. I have been looking into those U-Store It places and they look halfway decent, but before I set everything up with them, I just want to see where other people are storing theirs. And also I have heard when storing a car over the winter it is good to have it up on jackstands/blocks, full tank of gas, battery on a trickle charge, and the windows cracked an inch. Any advice is much appreciated.

full tank of gas with a stabilizer in it, fresh oil/filter and I ran mine for 15 min or so once a week

If you put it on blocks, lay down some sheet plastic to prevent moisture from coming up thru the ground onto your undercarriage

The only thing to worry about when storing over winter is fluid and battery in your car. Just replace the fluid when you came back for it. As for the best place to store the car, its the bank. Borrow small amount of money from the bank, tell the bank to take your car in case you can't pay back. After winter return the money to the bank plus a small amount of interest then you get your car back. (Just kidding but it works)
