STL Rotary Meet Sunday 6/26
Dyno day at Lightspeed Motorsports at 170 and Olive, this Sunday all day starting around 10am. A representative from Wolf EMS will be on hand to tune a 450hp RX-7, and the event will be covered by RX Tuner. I believe the dyno rate is $40 per half hour if you want to dyno tune/test your car. Non rotaries also welcome.
The address:
8314 Olive Blvd
St. Louis, MO 63132
(314) 432-5221
Directions:
Take 170, exit east on Olive. The shop is about a mile down the road and on the right, hidden behind some shops. The turn is past a BMW shop but just before a car wash. If you see the McDonald's you've gone too far.
If you need anything, give Ryan Scott a call at (314) 780-2792.

As Jeff says, the plan is dyno day and BBQ for all. We'll probably provide some drinks, but bring your own if you want beer. The star of the day will be Gary Hagner's single turbo '94 RX-7. It'll be getting the full tuning work-up and should do well over 400 at the wheels.
Chris Greene is the tuning guru who will be in town, come by and chat with him about the RX-8 ECU project he's working on. If you want one, you'll be able to get it cheap by knowing Chris ... it 'should' be the first real re-flashed RX-8 ECU available.
Even if you don't want to put your car on the dyno, it'll be fun just hanging out. Hope to see some new faces there!

Everything is looking good for tomorrow. You 8 owners really should try and hang out with the 7 guys more often. There WILL be a day when you need help tuning and such with your cars, and we've all been there many times. You can learn and use us, and with Chris here to do the tuning, tomorrow is a rare opportunity to talk with a premier tuning guru free.
It's as much a club get-together as anything ... since we haven't done much this year, just show up and hang out. Oh, and park behind Lightspeed, not in front. The doors to the shop are out back, and so is most of the parking space ... and that's where we'll be BBQ'ing.

Well I was hoping for more of an eight turn out...it was just me and Geoff. But its all good. Seen some rx7 owners I met at the last meet I attended. If it was a little cooler it would have been better. Some nice looking sevens as always
Heres some pics for those of you not on the rx7 board
On the dyno
Construction of the bbq pit..As you can see Ryan got a ton of help.
There you go guys

Sorry I couldn't join. I was on call this weekend and got called in at 10 pm Saturday night and didn't get done until about 7am Sunday. Pretty much screwed up my weekend. Hopefully I'll be able to make it out next time.

Thanks for everyone that came out. Sunday wasnt my best day, but at least I found out what was wrong. Monday proved to be my day, the car made 435 hp and 332 torque @ 15 psi and at a very safe 10.5 afr. All an all the weekend went well.
