It's getting warmer out. Should we plan something?

No, seriously, the problem is figuring out when the next day that nice is going to be. After all, it IS still February.

 

We could meet at the Ameristar parking garage and do lunch during the day, or hit the bar at night. Anybody?

 

I'd be up for a "meet and greet" sometime when it warms up a bit. Unfortunately the weather around here is so unpredictable. Let me know what you guys come up with allowing a bit of warning and I'd love to head out there.

 

So what do you consider warm? It is supposed to be nice on sat, about 52 and sunny. Hey wake up St. Louis people, I know there are more of you here!

 

It just seems like it's hard to set a date up a week or two ahead of time, since we never know what the weather's going to be like (my car melts in the rain )right now (hence the late notice get-together a few weeks ago). Maybe March will bring some better weather our way...

I've noticed that my 8 no longer displays Mazda RX-8 on the startup display screen anymore. It now says "Greddy RX-8 turbo kit, please!!!"

 

Your 8 isn't very subtle, is it? ^_~

 

The stresses and tolls of trying to run a successful business have kept me from doing many of the things I'd like to do. Not to mention the seasonal MW depression, I'll try and do what I can to keep things going in the STL this year.

 

The 19th is cool with me. Baseballgenius, it's funny that you mention the startup msg. I keep hearing a voice when I'm in my 8. It's kind of a haunting whisper, and it says "if you buy it, I'll be faster". No one else that gets into my car hears it. What do you make of it?

 

Do others who get in your 8 just here the engine going "zoom, zoom"? If so I know exactly what you mean. I have yet to complete a thorough analysis on this, but I think our 8's are trying to tell us something.

 

I just got my rx-8... haha give me crap now its an automatic... i can take it... well just wanted to know where to meet?!
