My roommate and a buddy of ours have just started a photography business and Im looking into getting a bunch of 8's and other cars out sometime soon (possibly Spring, unless we keep having decent weather) and cruise around and let me get some practice with their new expensive cameras. My roommate has only had one session with another car, my other roommates 97 240sx. They turned around really well. It could be a good way to get to know some of the guys on here and get some good pictures taken of our cars. Let me know what you guys think.

 

Why does everybody have to live 4 hours from me? lol.

 

It could be worth the drive. Check up from time to time or PM me and see what the list looks like. Im hopeful that a few cars will want to join in and it could turn out to be a fun afternoon/evening.

 

where have you guys been for the past year or so? I go to mizzou and have been looking for some people to do this type of stuff up here for a while. i have a whole bunch of buddies that i use to do this with in st louis where im from, but havent found anything like this up here. if you are on campus often you have prolly seen my car i drive the red rx8 with the body kit, rims, and other mods. i have only seen one other rx8 on campus. let me know and mark me down for sure

 

I just bought my 8 a few months ago. I dont go to school here, I just work. I remember seeing a red 8 at Campus Lodge last year. Was that yours?

Perks i saw your red 8 at Mizzou arena the other day when i was picking up basketball tickets. I drive a silver 8.

surprising there aren't more 8's on campus. Seems like the town is flooded with them. I'm at MU a lot visiting friends on campus from KC so hit me up when you might get together. I see other yellow ones in town, not like mine though

yea phil has the cleanest lightning yellow ive seen for sure! by the way phil im still workin on the photoshoot with your car and the mizzou cherleaders, but the girlfriend hasnt gotten back to me yet. there was talk aboutnot having it this year because there coach has breast cancer and they are thinking about doin somethin to honor her and help her out. but as soon as i know ill pass it on to you. all i know is im ready for this basketall game on monday against the gayhawks. go tigers!

One of the best sporting events ive ever been to! Loved rushin the court after the game even though we were favored...Dunno bout cruise tonight, got a big Management test tomm but would be down for something after tonight!

 

Yeah, that was the best game ever in Mizzou Arena... I saw a yellow 8 at Legend yesterday, did someone flood their car????

 

man ive only flooded my engine once but the guy that put my bodykit on flooded it after i got the kit on, and i tell you there is nothing harder than getting a lowered rx8 with a body kit on it onto a flat bed towtruck. on another note who was drivin the silver 8 in copper beech today? you drove by and i tried to say somethn but didnt say nice car loud enough. i was out wakin the girlfriends dog. lol

 

My roommate flooded my once. Took me forever to get it started again. I had just gotten out of the hospital at like 5:30 in the morning and he tried to move it at like 8:00. I tried everything, finally got it started. Side note, I think I'm in need of either a new set of plugs or a BHR coil upgrade, or both. Cars running a little different the past couple of days. I've heard that the 8 goes through a set of plugs about every 30,000 miles? My car is about 58,000. We'll see.

 

I'd say plugs, wires and coils. If you haven't done any of those, might as well!
