I live in Presque Isle, Mi which is about a twenty minute drive north of Alpena. I believe the nearest Mazda dealer to me is in T.C. Its not always going to be possible for me to get there to have work done on my car. I just bought the car so hopefully nothing soon.

Any suggestions on where to have it worked on thats a little closer?

I don't have a warranty on the car, its a 2004 and I didn't buy an extended warranty.

 

Mazdausa.com lists the T.C. dealer as the closest. You are out of the original 4/48 warranty, but not the Extended Drivetrain Warranty (5/60) or the Extended Engine Warranty (8/100). Look up what is covered by these. For all else find a local independent shop that wants to learn about rotaries.
BTW, my sister lives in Fife Lake.
