we should see if we can get some local 8's together on a nice day and hang out......and someone had asked me a question ......and of course i am modding my 8....i have clear corners, k&n typhoon cai, and have a txs midpipe with the txs exhaust coming......my job is paying me well.... and how old is everyone around.....i am 18

 

Feel free to post in the Cincinnati 8 owner's forum. That's where most people from the area are posting anyways. I'm 26 and live in Cincy. No mods on my 8 yet - I'm still working on that whole "car as an extention of the driver" thing. I'm looking at getting some wheels though.

 

I am 22 and live in cincy. Hyde Park area. The past few days I have seen alot of 8's on the road, I dont know if thats a good thing or a bad thing. I am always up for a meet. Ive been trying to get one together for awhile now. Just hard to get everyone on the same page. I already have a few mods and looking to do more. I will be rolling in about $500-$700 a week with my job. So I cant wait. I really want a turbo and the Intcept-X. Def looking at some tastefull bodykits and looking at foose wheels.

 

Hey man, welcome...most of us post up in the Cincy forum. I am 26 and live/work in NKY and just got my 8 a couple months ago. It's bone stock, and I am loving every bit of it!!!!!!

I just sold my last project car (MK4 VW Jetta with fully custom turbo, OZ wheels, Koni coilovers, and a long list of etc etc's...$15k in mods), and after having a voided warranty and not making a dime on the mods when selling the car, I have decided to keep this one stock for quite a while.

If I do anything to my 8, it will be exhaust, maybe intake/springs, but definately getting a couple sets of wheels...I need to buy some winter wheels, summer wheels, and eventually using my OEM's with some R-compounds for the autox/track days!
