Not a ton seeing as it's only warm, what about 2 months a year?! We should get something together for this spring though, I do know there are quite a few of us out there.
I'm in Dearborn.

Michigan Owners
My RX8 has been stored since the beginning of November and I am itching to get it out since the warm weather. These winters are tough, probably wont bring it out until April.
I am in the Lake Orion / Auburn Hills area.

My cousin was telling me that he has seen like 3 in Grand Blanc in the last month. It's crazy, cause I only knew of 1 and he was an older guy that never drove it. I guess I'm not that special anymore.

Hey Teva - Where abouts in Rochester are u? I'm just north of OU - Walton and Adams......
Were you are the Chicken Shack a week or so ago? (Silver?) My wife and I were eating there and a silver pulled in for a carry-out.
My 8 is waking up from hibernation.....just got an oil change and the battery is charging right now. I expect to start driving again this week!!!!! (weather in the upper 60's - its about time!)

What is the correct procedure to store the vehicle during the winter??? Is there one???
Or just park it and re-start it in april or so? Do you have to drive it every 2 weeks??? 4 weeks???

Hi guys,
I'm the new owner of an '05 Sunlight Silver. Love everything about except the awful Bridgestone OEM tires that are on it (and will soon be gone). Too much noise and uneven wear! Otherwise - an awsome vehicle!
Love to do some kind of Detroit-area get together soon, like the MIMIata group has, maybe.

Strange.... I thought that the 05 models came with Dunlop tires.... I guess it depends on built date....
I have the Dunlop SP Sport 8090... WOW>..... these are REALLY good tires....
But I was also looking into getting (in the future) the Yokohama ADVAN Neova's.
These are supposed to be even BETTER!!!

It may be that they came with Dunlop tires - I found out that the dealer replaced the tires at about 9000 miles. That means these Bridgestone tires have something like 10K on them which REALLY speaks poorly of them (and the previous owner/driver) since they are worn badly and unevenly making them really loud! Now I just have to decide what to replace them with. There are a lot of different opinions about that on these boards!
