Middle one was lost in the cleaning process due to issues of being dragged thru the embers on rotation and burning the tender parts.

I seem to remember from reading "Hannibal Lecturs Romantic 6 Minute Meals" that the middle leg should be eaten while alive and not consumed within public view.

Alright, back on topic ... made a few phone calls today, starting to get some plans laid out. The weekend of March 18th/19th is looking best to me still. The details I'm still working on is whether it'll be a 1 day or a 2 day event. And I'm working on getting us some sponsors lined up, give-aways rule!

All of us midwestern groups seem to hibernate during the winter... just wait until the grass starts to get green... =) Ill work on getting the Indy Club in attendance but like RSD said...we have alot of slackers in our group this time of year... =P

I think this would be a great time and get to put alot of names with faces =)

Right now evening of the 18th or anytime on the 19th is probably best for me. If that helps in the planning at all.
