silliness? bah! we were discussing very important things! :D

 

I was visiting a friend in Chicago on Sunday the 4th and we went in my V-Red 8 (only about 700 miles on it, first road trip) to another of his friend's house for dinner. I can't say just where I was, their house is somewhere by O"Hare. When we left and were still in the residential area we came to a stop at an intersection at the same time as another V-Red 8 on the other side. We both did left turns and went in opposite directions. I think there were two women in the other car. I thought it was a cool coincidence at the time.

saw a VR this morning about 8:40 am at Deerpath and Waukegan.

Saw a black RX-8, female driver, northbound on Washington Street in Naperville just south of Bailey. I was trying to pull out of the Shell station in my red 8. Looked like you saw me. I waved.

That was prolly my wife (she was down yonder taking one of the kids to a dr's appt... figures I never get spotted even though I drive it 99% of the time : ).

I was in Waukesha (sp?) yesterday visiting a client. Made the usual stop at the Mars Cheese Castle.

 

Saw a winning blue east bound on 62 in Hoffman Estates this afternoon... I waved, but was moving slightly faster than the speed limit :P

 

I am in IL on rare occasions! actually not really, like once or twice a week

Wednesday the 14th, about 8AM, northbound Kenedy from the loop to the spilt, VR driven by a blond female. Unfortunately I was driving a rental, so didn't think waving would make much sense..............

 

I saw my first white RX8 yesterday, over at WalMart in Addison . . . white's even nicer in person.

ouch! sorry to hear about the hail! luckily we were out the day before (while you were watching soccer ) fear strikes us all when we hear the word hail. hope the shinks is ok!

 

I got a couple "bumps". I posted another thred in MW forum asking for suggestions on dent removal. We'll see what turns up.
