saw a wwp 8 on grand/hunt club in Gurnee. Gave a thumbs up and driver nodded back. A cool 8 driver like that has to be on here somewhere

 

Two RX8's greeted me yesterday, at Wright College parking lot a blue RX8 parked next to me giving me an EVOLV you've been spotted flyer (thanks but I'm already here!) and a black RX8 on Montrose heading towards Harwood Heights/Norridge. You flashed your lights and I looked and nodded at you.

Spotted a VR two toned with black roof/trunk/hood/ rims. Gave each other a nod. I think a few of us have spotted him before, anyone on here?

Hey everyone! I'm back! And I'm "Back In BLACK!" Some of you might remember reading about the wreck I had last September in my red 8 when I totaled it (see link below), breaking my back and pelvis in multiple spots. Not only have I been all healed up, the car was paid off, I got my license back on Tuesday and on Wednesday I bought another RX-8. 2004 brilliant black 6M in sport trim w/ Pioneer in-dash Navi & BFG g-force tires (I like better than stock Potenza's.) The rest of the car is all stock. Just 30K on her and drives great. So if ya see me around Lockport, that's just me, Joliet Wankel. Nah, that one isn't. Had to sell it to pay the lawyer, court fees, tickets and mostly the downpayment on the new one.

Last night saw a Silver new RX-8 on Milwaukee Ave near I-94. I was in a black RX-8. Lights were flashed and flash was returned.
