7/7 - Black headed North on LaGrange by 143rd in Palos

 

Hey that may have been me. Im in the orland park area everyday.
Titanium Grey headed south on Bell road by 131st, begining of this week.

Edit: Never mind I wasnt on LaGrange today, didnt see the date.

 

Black (Female) and Silver rx8's(2 peeps) armytrail rd. around 12-1pm driving side by side.

 

Saw a yellow RX-8 on I-88 heading into the city Sunday 7/10. Slowed down to give him a peace sign before zipping by.....anyone? anyone????

Saw Titanium Grey going Southbound on I-55 near Damen, female was driving.

 

I think that's the one I see a lot in my neighborhood... one of the few that returns a wave around here. Actually, I still rarely see another '8 in the Algonquin/LITH/Crystal Lake area... where the hell is everyone?

 

I live in Antioch (near Gurnee) and drive into the downtown area (Erie/Orleans) for work most days of the week...it's a long drive into work but I don't commute during rush hour times (I make a nice living by being a WORKING musician) and I LOVE driving my 8.
I don't see too many 8's in my neck of the woods although a near neighbor just bought a Shinka so there's another in Antioch, but that's all that I know of in my area...and while driving to and from the city I still don't see 8's around much at all.

 

Ya bunch of NW-siders. There's a lot of 8's down here but apparantly none are members.

You won't be seeing me for a little while. Mine's in the shop again. This time they think the engine needs to be replaced.

 

Holy crap... that sucks- sorry to hear that. That's on top of how many cats?

 

Mazda is replacing the engine. The car should be back in my hand in a week. Now thats:
1- Engine
1- Transmission Rebuild
1- Clutch & Pressure Plate
2- Cat Converters
many misc. (Plugs & Flashes)

You will spot me at JGTC in August (if the Mazda gods are willing).

 

hmm thats odd, i too live in antioch, i own a silver 8, and im pretty sure you also live off of depot rd, and you drive a tiatanium one, correct?

 

8/1- Oakbrook Terrace parking garage. I was wondering what the heck was going on here. I drove through the parking garage headed to a meeting and there were 8's everywhere. Two reds w/Mazdaspeed kits, one red, one blue and a green. All with MFG plates. Turns out it's the MMWO (Mazda Midwest Operations) office.

Saw Blue Rx-8 Going east on Algonquin Road just west of Pyott Rd. I was in a Red Rx-8 going west on Algonquin towards Randall Rd. Was about 8:30pm. Anyone here?
