I would recommend removing your ignition system. Then taking it in.

I brought my dyno with me. I have been complaining to them about low power. I did not really have a reference since I bought the car used. It just seemed to fall flat after 7k rpm. I honestly thought it was a bad cat.

Turns out, they had found low compression in the motor.

This has changed the time table of my project. I just bought a new ACT clutch (ZM8-HDSS)and lightweight flywheel (9.8 pounds). They are installing the clutch and flywheel as they reinstall the motor.

This should be good for a couple of HP

Once this is done, I still plan to do a custom exhaust and replace the cat. I still can't decide between an AEM/Mazda Speed Intake or just dropping in a K&N. OH and I forgot, a COBB AP. I was planning to buy that next week the the Clutch/flywheel has moved my time table around.
