OK Guys,

We are on for this Saturday May 31. I have some good news and bad news.

Good News. We are on.

Bad news. At 7 people, TD Perforamnce wants to charge us 70 per car instead of 65. However, I think we can get the last three. I have a couple of people close to committing.

Paul, Thanks for setting this up. It was great to meet a couple RX-8 owners. I only had mine a few weeks. I had a grin a while listening to your car rev on the Dyno.

Will do man. I am having a hard time wrapping my head around the dyno numbers. But I will try to post my dyno sheet. I cant believe with all the mods that I have on my car, you got better numbers than me.

 

From what I remember, you had 3 less hp peak but significantly higher 8-9k RPM power. (Maybe 20-25HP more) I am going to speak with Mazda about the high RPM loss.

I took my car into King's Mazda. Showed them the Dyno.

They tested it. And......

I am getting a new engine.

 

Holy ****??!! No way?? If your getting a new engine and you had better numbers than me at the dyno..then I will prolly need a new one!! **** man!! Not good!! Do you think I should go to them and show them my dyno sheet? Your opinion..do you think I will be in the same boat as you?
