I am working with the coordinators to get us some rockstar parking so we can have a meet at Zoom Zoom Live on Saturday, October 7th.

If anyone is interested in helping with parking at the event (just for an hour or so) please let me know in this thread, or PM me.

I've got a bunch of friends from work signed up to go on Sunday. Trying to spread the rotarty bug...you know.

 

OK all, I heard from the coordinator ... NO PARKING HELP IS NEEDED! Our group has the premiere parking area of the 20x20 show tent!!!!!!! Upon arrival, please tell the parking attendants that you are to be directed to the tent for parking. I only got approval for Saturday, so you Sunday folks may want to give it a shot too.

 

20X20 isn't very big. Maybe enough for 3 cars?

Its me the new guy. I signed up for the 8th at 9:30 and the 9th same time. Just in case I can't make it one of the days. Who all is going?

Since your the one organizing the meet on Oct. 7th what are the details? Time, location, $ if needed for the parking. I also PM you, wanted to see how it works. Just learning my way around the forum.

 

You need to go to their website ( www.zoomzoomlive.com ) to sign up. How it works, you get a chance to drive a lot of Mazdas on autocross tracks and it doesn't cost you anything. It doesn't get much better than that.

Is anyone from St. Louis going? I am signed up for 9am on Sunday. Any ideas for RX-8 parking. Make 'em shine.

 

RC3 club of Chicago has parking setup, if you tell them when you get there you are part of the club they will direct you to a special area, I think we are going to be there about 11 on Sat. I however, was planning to attend and bring my 8, now since my bumper is screwed I'm not going. Always at the best times.

 

I may be there at 9:30am cause I signed up for the early drives. Will they still let me in at that time to the reserved area?
