dont be surprised if you get an I SAW YOU flyer on yer windshields!!!! we chicagoans are always lookin for peeps to hang with us!!!

Yeah... I got one.. I was the red one right next to ya with the Mazdaspeed spoiler and skirts...

You actually took the time to make up flyers? lol... That cracks me up...

 

HAHA! those flyers were done in the beginning when i was tryin to get people involved. around chicago. we see a lot of peeps with 8s that dont know about this club. after getting tired of scribbling on whatever scrap of paper you could find in the car to stick under someone's windshield, i finally made these flyers for the group to use!

heeheee .....you been spotted!


oh and nice ride! like that kit a lot!! mebbe in the spring you indy peeps can come up for one of our meets and show off!!!

 

LOL... right... its hard enough getting people in Indy to meet in Indy... Let alone get them up to Chicago.... We have about 30 memebers, of which only 10 or so ever do anything... Maybe we can all meet half way or something like in Merrilleville... or something like that..

How many members do you have? Do you have a website yet? We have a forum too very similar to RX-8 Club, ( www.indyrx8club.com) and for the most part most of us Indy "peeps" hang out here. You are more than welcome to check us out, and if you want, we can even look at joining forces =) I was impressed at all the enthused Miata owners we saw at Zoom Zoom Live... It would be great to have that for us midwest 8 owners...

By the way I LOVED the etched glass....that was sweet~!

 

hey good idea on a meet halfway! we've been talkin about doing some type of cruise thing. we have about 35 members on our email list, yet our record for 8s at a meet is only 9 so far. we're new (just started meeting in september) so we're still figuring out what works/what doesnt. we dont have a forum, but i will def check yers out!

steve from mazda told me the miata group was hosting (?) the zoom zoom thing, so thats why there were so many!! tho ive been told mazda puts crazy stuff in our cars to make us obsessed ... could be?
