Autobarn of Evanston completely revamped WOW
Ok so my power steering gave out this week, my only choice was to take it to the dealer. I hate messing with them because they can never fix anything right. Took the car in for a hard start problem twice and still never fixed. Anyway I get to the original service area and it now says Nissan only. Some guy waves me over to a new Mazda service area. Turns out Mazda moved across the street to a new building. I come in and tell the guy what the problem is. Some other person comes to take my car away. When the car starts the tech guy notices right away that I have a hard start problem. He says I'll make sure we take care of it. Ok so I explain the problems I had in the other building. They say no problem we'll take care of everything. At the end turns out they practically have all new employees. The tech guy knew about all the TSB's off the top of his head. Anyway I am really happy with their service. Now to see if they fulfill all their promises.

Yea, report back. In the years I've had my 8, I have yet to hear one good thing about Autobarn. Some members have had their cars scratched, others have been yelled at, and others claim the problems were never fixed.
I'm skeptical ...........

So far no car but I told them I dont want it back until its completely fixed. They are at least updating me everyday. Still waiting on a couple parts. They did provide me with a nice rental so its ok Said should be ready Thursday, we'll see

Lol nevermind they still suck, hard start problem still not fixed after the third time, drivers side seat warmer not fixed after second time, they claim its working just fine so i must have a built in cooler in my ***, they did replace my condensed driver's side taillight however in the process managed to scratch up the passanger side one At least they did fix the steering problem properly Going back on saturday to replace a broken platic seat trim, so am gonna have a very nice talk with a manager adn write a very nice letter to MNAO, see what the say about the problems that were never fixed.
