What happened? The forum has basically died. Anyone still here and where from? We need to get together or something. But Please anyone still out there?

 

I'm still around! Last "event" I went to was the car show at ACC. I was the only 8 there. Seems like noone wants to get together.

 

yeah i tend to see that 2. i want to but everything tends to happen on saturdays around here... doesnt seem to be working so well i think sundays may be better....

 

I'm here, just dont have an 8 . If anyone in bozeman wants to take about them, I'm up.

The forum sometimes hickups intermittantly every once in a while. Just wait 10 minutes and it will come back. Every once in a while it takes longer.

yeah, this forum has became weak, the 7 club is always up and going and we have nothing, we need someone to make up some flyers and pass them out to people as they see the 8's around town. we need more of a club, the mods dont seem to be keeping up with this either.

 

Don't think I have seen a "MOD" in our ittle corner of the world for a while.

 

I'm still bumping around - lurking in the shadows. As has been mentioned, this forum does seem to have a large burst of activity, then nothin', then... well, you get the idea. Anyway, I just saw a post in the Colorado thread that there is an event in the works.
I think part of the issue is with the nice weather, many owners are out taking advantage of the clear roads, because as we all know, the best roads tend to become "spotty" in late September and early October.
Just wait until winter.
This thing will be hoppin'.

 

if you're interested in how to get people together ... check out the Chicago Meets thread in the MW forum. all the members set up the meets by suggesting a date/time and i just post up the info in the first post of that thread. it seems to have worked for the Philly people too.

You just need an organizer who will get the word out

 

yeah it would be nice to get together on a sunday. if not just us, maybe some other mazda's as well or something. I would like to see more of us, espically considering i see a ton of people driving them, just no one that seems to be on the forum.. Wish more people would try and get together
