    Hello Darkbrew
    I've just joined the club. Got a rx8 a few days ago. And I need abit of help.
    I see you know your way around the drl module. I have just learned about this issue from your postings. As I am not handy with soldering, I was wondering if I could send you mine to fix? (I have no day running lights, and no brights.) I have the module off thus far.

    Hey Stranger

    Well I am finally all settled in London .

    I have a few questins about my car that I am hoping you can help me out with

    1. My battery keeps draining if I don't start the car every couple of days. It has a brand new battery in it and is still doing it. Is this a problem with all RX8's?

    2. I am thinking of getting the car buffed and polished up to get some of the light scratches out this spring. Do you recommend a good place to take it?

    Do you know if we can still get the short shifters for the cars. I was just way to busy last spring to pursue it but would like to this year. Can the Mazda dealership put it on for me?

    I did finally get the rear light fixed for the seal and the dealership only charged me 450 bucks because I ended up having to replace the light as well for all the water damage

    Hope your new year is going well. I love my new house just find it hard to meet new people everyone seems to stay locked in their houses

    Morning

    I got an email from Richard Paul and he still has shifters available so I am going to order one. Can any mechanic put it on?? Any word on the gaskets. Unfortunately I won't be at Mosport because its mothers day and my boys are going to let me cook for them and they are taking me to see Wolverine (obviously they are choosing the movie)

    Hope you are enjoying the wet day can you believe this crappy weather were having every weekend now. I hope this isn't a sign of how the rest of the summer is going to be
