I did tons of horrible, horrible things to that motor. I overheated once (enough to blow the reservoir cap) so that may have done some damage. The final bullet was probably the loss of fuel pressure.

Regarding the AP/Int-X, the int-x blocks a lot of communications between the ECU and the motor/sensors. I'm not sure if you can get the ECU to set to ready while still running the Int-X. Also, swapping from the Int-X to the Ap is not super easy. You'll have to change out at least 2 injectors for high impedence. Low impedence injectors in the Mazsport kit can fry your ecu injector drivers. I had a MAF tube manufactured for the correct diameter. It wasn't too expensive. I've been super busy since January so I really haven't gotten anything done. Now that I have a garage and nice weather, I need to get back to work.

Hey Steven - where did you buy the Mazsport Ignition coil from again? One of my coils looks a little iffy. I'm going to test it and see. Was it raceroots (formerly fluid?).

MM can remote tune the machine as a closed loop ECU will self tune provided the calibration is properly set up. I have 6 months of that with the purchase. I know of one local tuner who could tune an AP but he's not specifically a rotary guy - good guy though but not cheap. I'll have to pull off my UIM to check the injectors but it seems very feasible that 2 of the 4 injectors are low impedence. Then again, depending on when you bought, it may have changed.

Yo steven - note on Mazsport Turbo + Cobb AP - there may be an problem if the mazsport is using low impedence injectors. They will fry the stock injector drivers.

what did u use to tune the car. did you change the primary 1 injectors(2inj. rail by them selves) or just the 4 injector that share the rail.(primary2 &power inectors)

i dont think it matters if you have 8 or not, i am counting the fun time that we will have when we all are bullshitting and sharing teh good time, isn't it right?
it will be fun if you are there and other people too, but it doesn't matter, i just wanna chill up there for little bit after tuning my car. if you can't get people to come, it's ok, at least we try...right?
yeah, most likely it will be on saturday, March 28th...i don't know if you will have a spring break at that time, but i believe most of schools have spring break in that week, but let me know,..i am looking forward to see my new friend...since i know you from teh club, you might be able to be a guidance in PA...hahaha...
