    Hey x8tuner44,
I saw that you had done the LED install in headlights before and I was wondering if you could do it again? I really like the look, but I am not patient enough to bake, pry, and not break the headlights.

Also, I see you got the Exotic Speed Exhaust. How do you like it? I was going to buy the R1-T with the highflow cat next weekend.

    Hey about the ExoticSpeed Racepipe,

    My Install Thread
Remember I have a Greddy SP2. It made my tones clearer and marginally louder, mainly at WOT.

Here's a clip with the S1-T and the mp

It drives better than the M3. Actually it is very similar to the 8. Imagine the 8 with +100hp and +100ft/lbs of torque. The only reason the 8 didn't edge out the M3 in the best handling cars shootout is because of the power delivery. The M coupe is everything the 8 could be with a healthy engine upgrade.

Make sure that everything is dry, or you will have very bad results.
Now start to apply primer. Do very light spray around 1.5feet away. REMEMBER! spray very lightly. First spray should not cover everything. If it does, you did it wrong.
Leave it dry in the sun for 20-30mins. Make sure it is dry before doing another layer, or you will have dipping/running paint.
Apply other 2 layers in same procedure.

Bake the wheels for extra hour between applying paint and clear coat.
Extra 2 hours before put it back.

    Well, that about it.

    Good luck

ps. You might already know that you have from bottom to top.....

First, remove you wheel from your car.
Sand down the OEM paint. If your rims are so dirty, rinse all your wheels and pad it dry before start sanding.
Use medium grits and touch up with fine grits. Rinse all the dust away after sanding, wipe them and leave them dry in the sun. I did one wheel at a time. During waiting time, I just continue to do next wheel.

If your tires are on, use 3M blue tape and newspaper to wrap around tires and vale stems. I did with my tires on. Just be patient, or you will have missing paint on side of rims.
If you accidentally paint you tire, it is removable once its dry by rubbing it. Paint adhesion on rubber is not that good.

    About the DIY rims paint.

Sorry if my English is not so clear.

I think you can find a DIY guide with pix on this forums.
But here is how I did it.

    What you need are
3M automotive sand sponges (make your job a lot easier than sandpaper)
    2 medium grits
    3 fine grits

9 cans of spray paint for 4 wheels. Any exterior paints would do. I used all matte color. You may use gross if you want.
3 can of primer (I used Duplicolor primer gray)
3 can of paints (I used Duplicolor matte metallic graphite)
3 can of clear coats (I used Duplicolor matte clear coat)

3M blue tape (2.5" wide, I think. one role is more than enough with newspaper)

    some rags

a day off + sunny day (or high-power working lamp) + no wind

    and TONS of patient.
