my 04 rx8 has no power steering will only strart with the headlamps turned on(that is there is no power to the dash or body control module without headlamps on) there is also no power to shift solenoid a my scanner says there is no communicationfrom one side of the pcm i bought a used computer it will not run at all with it iwas told it does not have to be reflashed is this true
