You may possibly need a shell and not a skin. A skin can be purchased from Mazda and a bodyshop can de-skin your old door and re-weld the new one on painting it to try to match your existing color. Depending on the severity of your damage a really good bodyshop could potentially remove your dent and not have to paint. That's a best case scenario.
Dealing with me, I'd do a shell in your color for $600 plus shipping; not the cheapest option but possibly the best and most cost effective if your damage warrants it. I hope I kind of made sense to you.
