Sirius Sat Radio on 2005 Rx8

Mazmart,

What do I need to get inorder to get Satelite radio to run off my stock radio controls? Am I correct in assuming all I need is the antenna? My radio has a button for Sat. Radio but I did not buy the option when I got my car.

Thanks in advance!

I think so but you might check with Jason @ onlinemazdaparts.com. He'll know for sure.

you have to buy the radio itself. it includes the antenna. Dont let them charge you extra for the "install kit", it should come with it.

Dealer will charge an arm and a leg for install, go to a reputable install company. I had mine put in for $130. Put the antenna on the dash and it works great.

Call Seth at Park Mazda in Akron, OH for a good deal on the receiver.
