MAZMART is hiring- Atlanta

Effective immediately, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for Mazda and Mazda products to work in the Atlanta area.

Our highest priority at this time is getting one or two sales people who are somewhat mature and not plagued with personal issues. Drug free is a requirement and smoking is not desirable in terms of wasted time. We currently get more phone calls than we can effectively handle and would like to respond to the needs of our customers in a more timely fashion.

We also need a crate builder; someone who can do woodwork for constructing the pallets, crates and or skids that we use for shipping goods by truck line.

If you don't mind dealing with Mazda product all day long, don't mind having access to our lifts on the weekend this might be the job for you. If you are of sharp mind and can use a computer this might be the job for you. If you are humble and willing to serve the public this might be the job for you. You will get cheap pricing on used and new Mazda parts and be close to one of the best rotary engine builders the world has seen: Rick Engman.

Humility, honesty and good work ethic are imperative. Speaking some Spanish doesn't hurt in the sales spot but is not essential.

We work Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

If you're over 18 and these positions sound appealing to you, give me a call so that we can arrange an interview.

Paul Thomas
General Manager

You'd also make recording studio mentoring part of the emloyment contract, wouldn't you?

You know it. I'm all about killing 2 or even 3 birds with 1 stone. Is that phrase still politically correct?

Make a note to yourself to talk to MM and I about recording and what-not at SSX. I am aware that he has some professional experience with it, as well, but I have been around the $1M consoles, reference microphones and monitors, and all that stuff. You should take a listen to my modest home theater and the recordings I have done with garbage gear, too.

Another successful hi-jack on my part. Now back to topic.....

As much as I have had fun talking to you, learning from you, and even as I entertain the idea of making Rick and Jim my mentors, I still very much relish the idea of putting my money where my mouth has been for the past three years and opening my own place. Paul, your public sentiments regarding my employability are well-appreciated. Please keep the offer open in the event I fail, willya?

I am still trying to figure out why I have no saved history on my toolbar nor automatic URL links.......

Chamblee. Just inside the perimeter on the north eastern side. We're close to Peachtree Industrial and 285 or close to Clairmont and 85.

A little far from where I live but I think it may be worth it. I will think it over. Thanks.

Are any benefits such as dental and health insurance included? Also, is this a salary based job or hourly?
Thanks,
WES

I'm extremely interested, but those are my two biggest questions as well.

With the opportunity to work next to a couple of the industries' most relevant guys I would have set aside the concern over pay and benefits and trust that Mazmart will take care of me, in a general sense, because Jim and Rick are the utmost among shop-owners and Paul is a prime example of a dedicated manager. These teams don't form because of disregard for the employees. Were I not pursuing my own shop I would be packing the truck for Georgia. I wouldn't even have to fill out an application.

We do offer benefits after 90 days that include dental and health insurance and we normally pay hourly. There are many other incentives that I offer including bonuses according to performance.

I would love to have this job if I were certain that I would be able to keep my standard of living. If I make any less than I do now then I would have to sell my car and that would negate most of the appealling benefits.

Stop bumping it. I don't want a lot of competition.
