its a TB only under warrenty.

Was a TSB, but that doesn't mean a dealer won't do it for free.

Have known a few people out of warranty that got it fixed for free.

It's an '04, but it is perforated on either side of the mirror.

My car has 70k miles, I havent tried getting them to accept the TSB, but I doubt they will. Any chance you have one available? Please PM with price. Thanks!
