Ditto. I've sent emails, pms, and used the contact sheet. Not sure what's going on but this is getting pretty infuriating. I placed an order on the 9th, received an invoice, and haven't gotten anything since. In addition the order isn't showing up on their site so I have no clue where it stands.

Same here. There is a note on the website stating that most of their staff is at an automotive conference so there may be delays. wtf

Sorry we have not been able to respond. As it indicates on the header of the site we out for an automotive conference and this message has been up since May 8th. We ran RK's order but it required further verification and by the time payment was made we were all on a flight.

I will personally try to handle the order remotely and as for questions they may not be answered until the end of May depending on our schedule.

We are greatly sorry for this delay and we look forward to doing business with you soon.

Now I understand

I just sent an email myself, although my order was only placed three days ago. I did not notice the message about the conference.

Speaking of which, where is there a month long auto conference, I would like to go sometime? Yeah if I could get off work

Sounds pretty intense.

truemagellan,

your header states that the staff is limited and not that you are closed. I have wasted alot of time attempting to contact mazdaparts regarding my order. I am waiting on a mazdaspeed towhook bracket so that I can install my front bumper. I would appreciate a reponse.

Glad to hear my order at least processed. Though I definitely would have bought in on the group buy on CCs had I known 'shipping delays' meant almost a month. I could have shipped it from Japan in that time and for less money.

Not being able to use your site to cancel my order isn't exactly helpful.

Slight problem...

I placed an order earlier in the month, however my CC expired and the bank shipped me a new one, so the exp dates may be off. I had thought all my CC purchases had gone through before I activated the new one.

So how long is this conference again?

We're at the end of May, I still don't have my corners, and your site still doesn't give me the ability to cancel my order because it doesn't seem to think I made an order.

It'd be nice if you could give us something resembling specifics in terms of when you're going to get back to shipping items.

Jason,

I have sent a few PM's with reguards to the Sirius SAT kit. I bought it twice thinking maybe the first time it didnt go through or what not. So once everything gets back on track, can you place disguard one of the purchases and still send me the Sirius kit please?

Thanks,

jb

Sirius Kit

I tried to order the Sirius Kit as well and have sent a PM with no response and sent messages to the masdaparts email address with no response. Too bad this was my first experience because it made a terrible impression. I have never known an auto show or conference to last an entire month, most only a few days to a week. Even with travel time, communication should have been better, but I am wondering if this is not a basement or garage operation at this point. My company sells a very popular software tool for the IT security industry and we are all over the world and going to conferences all the time and the customers still get responses and taken care of even when we are lightly staffed.

There is a user on ebay with the same kit asking 299.99 or best offer with free shipping, well he ended up accepting my offer of $225, which comes out to only $10 bucks more than mazdaparts, which at this point I imagine it will arrive and be in my RX8 long before I get a response. I know he has one listed for the Mazda 6, but if anyone else wants to see if they have any more the ebay user id of where I got it from is mobiletc.

Mazdaparts-PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER.

I am considering canceling my order for a Mazdaspeed towhook relocation bracket.
I have wasted too much time on this simple transaction.
I have not received a response to date.
I will be patient for one more week.

I just sent emails to cancel my order. This is freakin' ridiculous. They obviously lied on their site regarding 'may be delays' as they didn't have any intention of shipping anything until June. Here we are on June 2nd and they still haven't shipped my corners even though he noted in this thread that they had begun processing. Had I known what kind of business these guys (guy?) run I would have never done business with them.

I would highly recommend people cancel their orders through email (unless you have your orders on their site) so you have a record. Their contact sheet doesn't CC the sender so you will not have any proof you've contacted them. Posting in this thread or PM'ing doesn't necessarily count.

What an unneccessary pain in the ****. I can't believe this place is a vendor.

We are all back and in the process of handling all orders. As we do with all orders we do not process payment information (ie Credit Cards) until the order is being processed so no-one who ordered has had a charge made to their card (this is usual business).

We had hoped to process orders remotely but due to problems at the conference with a secure internet connection (we were in South Africa) we simply could not due so with guaranteed security for customer data so all orders were put on hold.

We are disappointed so many were upset when we put a disclaimer on the header of the site...it is clear that our message was inadequate. We never intended to mislead anyone and we hope to remedy the situation in the future through an encrypted Virtual Private Network. Fortunately we only have one major conference a year that usually last 1-2 weeks, this one lasted 3.

If you truly want your order canceled it must be presented via an email...if you canceled your order and want to reinstate it...simply send another email.

Again we are truly sorry for the confusion regarding this conference. Please know it will not happen again. All orders should be processed in the next 36 hours (updated).

Jason,

I just want to let you know that I sent you an email through the "contact us" function on your website. Just wanted to give you a heads up. Also, just to reiterate what I said in my email..go ahead and process just one of the two transactions and cancel the other one. I only need one Sirius Sat kit.

Thanks,

Jeff
