I’ve owned this 2010 RX-8 R3 for over a decade. Clean title and Carfax. I’ll give it some time here before posting on BAT and C&B. This new thread follows some changes of the car (e.g., now including the OEM front bumper with fog lights, new engine bay plastic covers [swapped back in from the ones painted in Aurora Blue Mica that matched the car, OEM parts that were swapped back in (front strut bar and engine bay cover), the front series 2 concept Mazdaspeed bumper being repaired, and to also account for payment/pick up questions from buyers.

Exterior body pics were taken in June 2023. Pics under the car were taken in Dec 2022. The difference of the interior pics posted vs how the car is now is that the OEM shift **** was re-installed.

The items below are the non-stock components installed on the car. Some items denoted with an asterisk mean I have the OEM components on hand and would be willing to sell those in addition. This is a pared down version of the original post because some OEM components were re-installed:

1. M'z Custom front bumper (this bumper was made by the company who designed the concept series 2 Mazdaspeed bumper which was never fully manufactured for release) painted in Aurora Blue Mica with Stormy Blue Mica accents
   • It does not appear this bumper can be made/purchased from anywhere any longer
   • * Also included: OEM front bumper with fog lights *
2. Mazdaspeed wing (Stormy Blue Mica).
   • * Not included, but I have the OEM wing *
3. Axial Flow short shifter
4. Viper alarm system
5. Huper Optik window tint 30% sides and rear, 50% full front windshield

Payment Terms:

• ACH Wire Transfer: I accept full payment via an ACH wire transfer. Payment must clear in order for the vehicle to be picked up. If you’re not familiar, and for planning purposes, it’s suggested transfers be initiated in the morning during non-holiday Mon-Thurs. Transfers occurring in the afternoon risk not clearing until the following day. Transfers don’t complete during nights or weekends so a late Fri transfer may not clear until the next Mon (even longer if Mon is a holiday). So if you fly in to pick up, that’s something to consider as far as staying a day or so longer than planned. If you send a company to pick it up in the days that follow, then it shouldn’t be an issue.
• Cash: Cash must be cleared by my bank before the car can be picked up.
• Combination of ACH and cash: Same as above, but both must be fully cleared before the car can be picked up.

Test drives and showings:

The car is located in Southern California. Proof of funds must be shown prior to the car being shown and/or test driven. I spend a significant portion of the year out of state and traveling. Test drives are only permitted when I’m in town (twice a year for short durations in late spring/early summer and winter) and you must provide proof of full insurance coverage along with a valid driver’s license. They will be verified. Test drives are not allowed if I’m not in town, though the car can be scheduled to be seen and started without my presence.



Pick up/Shipping:

• Buyers are able to pick up and drive off or transport once payment clears.
• Car Transportation Companies: a pre-coordinated agreed date and time is required for buyers who hire a car transportation company to pick up and transport the car. The car must be picked up at its stored location and during reasonable hours of the day. Generally, this would be 8AM-7PM.
