Purchased tailights, arrived damaged - box was in bad shape which is probably due to FedEx. I think the lights would have survived shipping if they were properly packed - one piece of paper between the lights was not enough (should have been individually wrapped in bubble wrap. I paid a lot of money for these and he is not willing to do a whole lot! Now is just ignoring me...
