Purchased a lot of stuff earlier this month; Joe was very helpful and clear about everything with the exception of how stuff really gets shipped out. Most of their parts are shipped from vendors and even though they claim it's shipped it's usually not. I've had to wait for certain parts and agreed to pay extra to expedite shipping on other parts in order that all parts arrive at the same time.

The Greddy oil pan however never came; and it feels like speaking with anyone but Joe is a bad idea. You must reach the same sales rep you originally worked with or go fly a kite.

Spoke with some chick, some dude and a guy named Nick. They "research" what's happening probably by emailing some null/void email address and never receive updates. Even if they did get any updates, they never bothered to update me about it. I've called in intervals of a week to make sure the progress was steady. And every call I heard stated the item has shipped. During several calls this week they confirmed it shipped on Monday. The part did not leave California until tonight (4 days later) and will arrive in 7-8 days based on the FedEx tracking.

Joe is good but the rest of the staff should go fly a kite themselves. They strive hard to try to push people to cancel their orders ... My interpretation of speaking with anyone who wasn't Joe himself, "Joe's not here, we run on commission, go buy a kite and fly it".
